Internationalen Pakt über bürgerliche und politische Rechte (ICCPR-International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights), kurz UN-Zivilpakt - es handelt sich um einen völkerrechtlicher Vertrag.

Yes, I apologize for not being able to put subtitles in the short time I had. The video reports that instead of the rumours going round in the internet that the Internatonal Criminal Court in Den Haag, Netherlands, would not take penal reports concerning violations of Human Rights any more - it is a fact that the ICC took many reports from Germans concerning violations of Human Rights and International Law. Evidence is shown in the video: a stamp of the ICC / (office of the prosecutor) OTP showing the date of delivery on copies of the penal reports. If one did not believe this one can go to the ICC and investigate there. The ICC is for the prosecution of war crimes, genocid and crimes against humanity. A crime against humanity equals a violation of human rights which are protected in International Law in several treatys. Search for : ICCPR - International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights - this one is valid for German people and other people of the contracting nations.
