First Time Here? My suggestion is to update drivers from LightScribe first if that dosent work delete the filters. It seems the driver for the DVD player is either missing or corrupt. I deleted the upper and lower filters from the folder displayed in the attachment.

It was the utility that finally did it for me. down the page is a video that shows how to perform the "delete upper and lower filters fix".
